Individual differences in importance ratings of Chinese values and their associations with the Big Five of personality in Western and Eastern populations

Abstract Given the worldwide importance of Chinese culture, present work revisited a questionnaire assessing individual differences in ratings values and their associations with well-established personality traits Western Eastern populations. Three samples were recruited completed German ( N = 813), English 404), Taiwanese/Chinese 331) language versions Value Survey (CVS) Big Five Inventory.
